The main reason why I feel like I’m talented is because I enjoy playing drum. I actually started to learn drum because my friends introduced the lesson to me. Every Saturday, I go to drum class without being absent and this was the result. I learned a lot of patterns, such as pattern 1, 2, and 3, and now I’m trying to learn the fake rhythm. I feel like all my stresses are blown up when I’m hitting the drum with the drum stick. Another advantage of playing drum is that I can play any songs that I want. There is no specific rule to play the song, and I can just use up all the things and the effort I used when learning the patterns. Not only drum, but I feel like I’m talented in playing piano. I learned piano for around 4 years, (I rested for 2 years) and I got taught by my mom’s friend when I was learning the basic of the piano. As I was only 6 years old that time, so I thought piano was just playing. That time, I didn’t get any interest in piano. After a year or two, my piano teacher moved her house, and I rested for around 2 years. After 2 years, I found a new piano teacher who was very strict, and I have a memory that I cried everyday when going to the piano lesson because of the strictness of the teacher. Every Tuesday and Saturday seemed like hell for me, so one day I told my mom that I don’t want to go to the lesson anymore, and the teacher looked angry. Now, I found a nice piano teacher who isn’t that strict. She told me that a lot of students from my previous piano teacher comes to her because the previous piano teacher is very strict. As I practiced piano with this teacher, I felt like my piano skills were getting better, and I started to enjoy playing piano. After I learned several songs, I played piano everyday at school with my friends, and I started to feel like I’m quite talented. To conclude, I think I’m talented because I enjoy every moment when playing these two instruments. I wish I can keep up and learn more songs.
