         <description><![CDATA[<div>Two words: Mental health.<br><br>The mental well-being of students is a priority over schoolwork, and the lighter conditions help to juggle both simultaneously.<br><br>If the US were to implement these policies (low school hours, fewer assignments), there would be a drastic improvement in performance - mostly from high schools and universities, where assignments are most hefty.</div>]]></description>
