         <description><![CDATA[<div>Katie Novak's - Flow Chart - We are conscious of what we should be doing we are not yet confident that we are effectively implementing these practices.&nbsp;<br><br>Some barriers so far - choice paralysis, time frames (never enough time to accomplish the goal). Maybe we need to "chunk" our goals and PDs? Some of this is out of our control. How can we work within these constraints? &nbsp;<br><br>Firm goals - identify the goal of our PD. Make them explicit. Provide options in how they get there and in the final product.
