Some barriers so far - choice paralysis, time frames (never enough time to accomplish the goal). Maybe we need to "chunk" our goals and PDs? Some of this is out of our control. How can we work within these constraints?  

Firm goals - identify the goal of our PD. Make them explicit. Provide options in how they get there and in the final product. Let go some of the power...do we need to verify all products or trust that the adults are doing the learning?

Start small - chunk - depending on the context you might just focus on one aspect of UDL (representation/engagement/etc.)
