Raul may not be giving his mother the notes because he thinks he is in trouble or the note is bad. Raul's family may not understand the note. Raul's family also might have reservations or concerns about communicating with the school.

We recommended a family meeting to discuss why Victor is talking back, both at home and in school. We also said to have another family member become involved to potentially give Victor more structure.
