My name is Tanureet Mudhar and I am currently studying Nutrition and Food Service Management. I am originally from India and moved to Canada almost a year and a half ago. Back in my home country, I studied nutrition as one of my subjects in high school, which generated my interest in this field which is undoubtedly quite vital nowadays. At Centennial College, I got the chance to practice hands-on and gain some valuable insights with regards to this course. I have had the opportunity to work collaboratively during the lab sessions and prepare some unique meals that could be served to residents in Long Term Care Homes or Hospitals. My unrelenting commitment to lifelong learning and development is one of my strongest suit. I fully feel that remaining up to date on the most recent nutritional research, fashions, and breakthroughs is essential. This is something that allows me to stay committed and passionate about what I do. I have worked hard at acquiring practical experience in the food service industry in addition to my academic endeavors. I currently work part-time as a swing manager at McDonald's, where I have been given important duties in charge of managing daily operations. This would enable me to offer people customised nutrition guidance and support, assisting them in choosing healthier diets. If I had my choice, I would like to work in a medical setting, in private practice, or maybe start my own consulting business.
2. With my current experience as a swing manager at Mcdonald's, I aim to hone my leadership skills. My ultimate goal thereby is to advance into a higher leadership position at my workplace in the food service industry and be able to showcase my leadership skills at a global level. 
3. Another goal that aligns with my strength of good communication is conducting seminars where I can educate various communities about the importance of healthy eating and nutrition.
