         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Coastal areas experience two high and two low tides every 24 hours and 50 minutes. There are 2 types of tides, called neap and spring tides. Spring tides occur on full and new moons while the neap tides occur in quarter moons. Spring tides rise very high and hall very low while Neap tides stay average.</div>]]></description>
