In our research we were attempting to see whether the question "Should we stop slaughtering animals for food?" would draw more yes answers then if we simply asked if we should stop eating meat. In this case the wording of our questions did not affect the outcome. There are several possibilities why this may have happened, the biggest of which being this is a topic everyone has had an answer for for quite some time through what they eat. So in attempting to answer the question about wording, our sample failed to show a response bias when we worded our question differently.
