Advantages:

2. Possibility of rush

2. Should always take the call where it is calm and quite.

Advantages:
1. We can attend interview at any place.
2. They can not see our expressions and feelings and we can talk confidently.
3. Time and money are saved, not need to travel to any place

Disadvantages:
1. Network issues, other sounds will also be a disturbance.
2. No Confirmation about next round.
3. We can not see the interviewers expressions.

1. Everyone will not get chance to talk.
2. Due to shy or fear candidates are unable to answer.
3. Individual opinions are not accepted.
4. Candidate is under pressure.

4. It improves spoken English.
5. Brief information in short.
6. Boost our confidence level.
7. Help to overcome stage fear.
Disadvantages:
1. Can also be an unknown topic, if given by the interviewer.
2. Time is a big challenge.
3. Might not get proper words to speak in 1 minute.
