         <description><![CDATA[<p>There wasn’t a specific capital city, as each conquered country was allowed to keep their king and government as long as they pledged fealty to the Persian king.  However, some of the conquered capitals were Persepolis, Jerusalem, Babylon, and Thebes.</p>]]></description>

The writings were etched on stone or tablets in many different languages and/or forms.
