         <description><![CDATA[<p><p>Michael Jordan once said, “Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships.” From being good friends outside the classroom to being good teammates in every assignment, we have been motivated and being engaged in different tasks, trying our best to collaborate well in any circumstances. Our team adopts face-to-face interaction with close proximity between members to enhance in our communication skills and do a great job in assignments, and different personalities of us helped each other and tighten our bonds. Moreover, a good leader and great teammates has obtained productive results and working towards a common goal. Lastly, the work team and ways to produce effective communication that we have adopted made a huge contribution towards our team’s success.&nbsp;</p>
