"Bird in Space" is a modernist sculpture created by Constantin Brâncuși between 1923 and 1940. The most well-known version was completed in 1923 in bronze. Rather than depicting a literal bird, Brâncuși sought to capture the essence of flight - freedom, movement, and spiritual elevation. The sculpture’s sleek, elongated form and polished surface emphasize vertical motion and transcendence, symbolizing the human soul's aspiration to rise above earthly limitations. It is not just a bird - it is the idea of flight itself.

The myth of Baba Dochia is a Romanian legend symbolizing the arrival of spring and the end of winter. Baba Dochia, an old woman representing winter, climbs a mountain with her sheep, wearing multiple coats. As the weather seems to warm, she removes her layers one by one. But suddenly, a cold snap returns, and without her coats, she freezes and turns to stone. The story reflects nature’s unpredictability during the change of seasons and is often told around the beginning of March, marking the transition to spring.
