I am proposing an idea to solve the LB issue.
People say how they dont feel like playing it. So if your team doesnt feel like playing in LB, simply dont.
The teams that want to play in LB should play with the next available team. My team last week waited almost an hour to play.
The team facing us in next round waited for us to finish the game which started late. Basically dont make LB matches fixed, as soon as another team in LB is ready to play, let those two teams play. 
The last remaining LB team should have a free pass to next round if there are no opponents. And be the first team to play vs someone next round. This way LB is played out much quicker.
Also people saying you dont care about LB bcs you cant win the cup anymore. I dont think its fair to the UB team to lose the cup if they drop last game after winning all the previous. So just keep it as it is, in regards to LB for 3rd place.
