At first when I started reading one of Brian Selznick's book wonder struck. It caught me by surprise.  it is not one boring big book just in  black and white. It was filled with Adventure and a mystery. Then I started to read The Inventions of Hugo Cabret. before I tell you mainly what is about the book I would want to reread in a heart beet. This book takes place in a trains station in Paris and is realistic fiction. The story is fulfilled with a mystery to fix and find the maker of this automaton that Hugo father had found in the attic of of a museum that he had worked at for many years. for most of the story Hugo is very secretive of his background toward his friend Isabella. In the end he heads out of the story with a new friend and a home. ooh don't forget the answer.

I don´t really like really like realistic fiction books because  don´t really like books but this was fun to read because their  were so many plot twists in this story i thought i was playing twister when i was reading this book.
