         <description><![CDATA[<div>There is a lot of buzz around Crossift. There are the lovers, the haters, the ones who have never heard about it and finally those who think they're not capable to do it.&nbsp;<br><br>Sometimes when I tell someone I'm in Crossfit, usually they say I'm crazy, or I must be out of my mind because in their heads, Crossfit grew only strong machines, or perfect athletes. They couldn't be more wrong about is. In fact, they got this idea maybe because when they watch the Crossfit Games, they see a group of oustanding athletes, but come on guys, same thing when you watch the Olympics, right? Same thing when you watch the NBA or the World Football Cup, isn't it?<br><br>Imagine this: you have never played football, but one day you decide to do it with you friends and actually they have been doing it for a long time, so here's the real deal - are you really expecting to play as good as they do? Do you really believe you can run as they do? Of course not, you need to start from the button, build some resistence and endurance, well guess what, same deal in Crossfit.&nbsp;<br><br>Now that you're aware you can go and try Crossfit, and believe me, it can adapte easily to your limitations and needs. There is not only one way to do a Crossfit WOD, every movement can be modified to meet the training needs of any individual.</div>]]></description>
