         <description><![CDATA[<div>Definition: An abrasion is skin that is scraped against a rough surface, the top layer of skin wears away exposing numerous blood capillaries.<br>Initial Care: Clean the scrape with soap and water, put ointment like neosporin or antibiotic on it and cover is with a band aid.&nbsp;<br>Post Care: There is no post care for an abrasion unless it gets infected, in which case you should go to the hospital. </div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>
