I'm lactose intolerant and I don't eat gluten very often (I'm not allergic, but I don't feel well when I eat it), so it's really hard to find good cakes to eat, and I'm a cake lover. This way, Gabriel's group cake was delicious, the ingredients were well selected and all the steps were carefully made: the dough was soft and sweet. Juliana doesn't eat meat, which was a problem so she didn't taste it. Despite that, the rest of us loved the pepperoni pie. The dough was soft and delicious, we would've eat it even if it didn't have fillin, which was also delicious. The salt they put in the pie was in the correct point, not too much salty but not too much without seasoning. We can assume that the members of this group are really good cookers and we want more pie!

I really like salty food, i feel very satisfied when i eat "bakery food", like cheese bun or even "empadão", but sincerely even not enjoying pepperoni I loved this dish. All the ingredients was balanced, I didn't feel the pepperoni, it was at the right point of salt. Absolutely amazing, because after eating a lot of candy there was a salty food to save us from sugar, LOL, I'm certain that i gonna do this at home to taste it again.

Two members of the group are lactose intolerant and can't eat this kind of cake if prepared with these specific ingredients (the ones used, besides, we're talking about a 4 leites cake), but as it's a marvelous and flavourful cake, it's worth taking the medicine. The taste was really good, different than any cake we've ever tasted and all the steps were very clear, it's an easy recipe and we'll definitely make it at home.

THE BEST CAKE EVER

It was very good like everything Agatha does, the recipe is freaking delicious. There was an explosion of textures because of the cream and the crunchy chocolate decoration, the dough was absolutely amazing, soft and moisture. Pls bring us more!!

Allana is crazy so she took a piece of the topping and threw in Augusto's nose, medical report = crazy. We all ate the cake and we all loved it (this time, Juliana could eat!). Besides that, the cake was soft and moist, so the texture we felt in our mouths was amazing. It was really sweet, but the dough was so good that it didn't become too sweet and seasing. Most important, we should admire Ágatha for doing the cake all by herself, the cake was big and probably she spent many ingredients and much time to do it, but the result was PERFECT. I loved the mousse, it was very delicious, creamy and full of details. In my opinion, it would be better if they had added more sugar because it was a bit sour but tasty. It was made with the iconic Cátia's eggs, so it was obvious it would be delicious, and it was. The first time Gustavo made it, it was a normal and delicious cake, Natan eat most of it and he doesn't regret it. The second time (which was the one we brought to class) was moister and colder, more like an iced cake. I really like mousse in general, and passion fruit is one of my favorites, this one was especially good, it wasn’t too sweet, I think it’s because of the syrup, that make the recipe really balanced, the ingredients are easy to find and it’s a good recipe to do at home or for a family lunch, the recipe was delicious and I would totally recommend it for everyone.

The coffee brigadeiro was really good, it had the right quantity of coffee and chocolate, it was all really mixed and I could not feel that bad taste in my mouth that something with coffee sometimes leaves. My mom is a baker so I have some experience with sweet things and I had never eaten anything close to that before. I am suspicious to say that it was amazing because I love coffee and chocolate and I have a soft spot for sweet things, but I can affirm that I would totally eat it again and recommend it for people that love sweet things, like me, (although people that don’t like sweet things may think it was too sweet for their taste).

This cake was perfect, it is one of my favorites, I love the small dots of chocolate in the cake and someone that is lactose intolerant could eat it without worrying about it, and I have to say it was really good, the only person who would make this cake in my family was my grandma and it was as good as hers and her cakes were the best, so I would eat it again without thinking twice
