The hybrid teachers are falling behind the fully remote teachers on curriculum. We used to meet once a month as a departments but now, we barely have subs to cover actual illnesses so I can't even pull the ELA department out for one day to connect to each other and align better. Therefore, all of the coaching I have been doing has been in person. Within my work with the teachers, the biggest issue is student engagement and participation.
