I think any art project, any creative form of expression, IS social-emotional. So in my own mindset, I don't necessarily want to think about how to incorporate SEL into arts education, or vice versa, because it's already there. Rather, I want to why take time to *point out* the social-emotional elements. Talking about why they've made what they've made, what it means to them, what it makes them feel, etc. Show them the way into conscious self-awareness.
