1.) A low tech device that can help a student with APD is a Personal listening device. This is usually a clip on microphone that a teacher or instructor will wear that takes the words they say and clearly transmits their voice to a personal earpiece or speaker.
2.) a mid tech device that helps students with APD is noise canceling headphones to help a student block out distracting noises and focus on the task they are working on.
3.) A high tech device that helps students with APD is proof reading software on computers, this helps a student make sure that they are using all the correct word in their essay, or note taking.
