Regarding my studies and work experience, I obtained a bachelor’s degree of Pharmacy in 2013 and, after graduating, I started working as an Analytical Development analyst for a pharmaceutical laboratory, Gador, company where I still work. Fortunately, I consider myself one of those people who enjoy their field of work. I became passionate about Analytical Chemistry while I was attending classes at university. So, after passing that subject, I began to work as an assistant teacher. I went on teaching until 2015, when I decided to quit because the lack of time made it quite complicated to go on. I knew teaching was another of my fields of interest since I was a teenager, and I always remember the sense of fulfilment that this activity used to give me.

Besides all these academic interests, I am a sports lover. I have played different sports during my whole life, being the ones I enjoyed most volleyball and acrobatic gymnastics. I am convinced that those sports where you go training in groups teaches you how to behave as part of a group, and this is then can be extrapolated to any other teamwork situation. My most recent incorporation to my sports list is Zumba, activity that has been accompanying me during the pandemic and has resulted to be a great way to boost my energy and to disconnect from everyday problems. Not only do I love sports, but I also love singing. I have sung during my whole life, mostly on my own, but it wasn’t until 2019 that I started to have musical projects that involve preparing to sing in bars with a young musician who I admire a lot. Before starting, I woud like to introduce myself. My name is Fernando Zurdo and I’m 29 years old. I was born in Quilmes city, Buenos Aires. But I moved to the big city 6 years ago. I’m a Pharmacist graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and I’m currently working in the R&D area in a Pharmaceutical Laboratory.

Besides having studied science, in my spare time I read about History and nowadays I’m studying finances because I love economy and numbers. That’s why I have been investing in the stock market for the last few years.

Apart from this, I like playing and watching sports. I used to be a swimmer and I’m currently trying to recover my passion for it. Also, I’m an amateur bartender so I like to visit cocktails bars, especially the hidden ones.

Welcome to my blog

My name is Paula but as I´m the mother of two little children, I dare to say that I´m half of the time “mum”. Despite the fact that they are very demanding I can´t avoid admitting that I´m a blessed person for having them in my life, even when they have put it upside down.

So, apart from being a mother I have a PR degree but I work as an assistant in a Laboratory called Gador, which may be a controversial issue in my life. I´m in the International Department what al least allows me to put my English into practice. 

Talking about hobbies, I used to be a bellydancer. A passion I quit for some years because it isn´t easy to strike balance between family, work and amusement. Anyway, due to the pandemic, this year I was able to go back to this activity and get myself into the Arabian world again. Time may has gone by, and my body may have experienced some changes, but the passion remains the same.
