Michael Jackson had access to music at a very young age that would shape his musical talent. His father, Joseph, turned him and his siblings into a hit band called the Jackson 5. As a result, they became very popular and some people started to call Michael Jackson a child prodigy. Their father had played in a blues band and worked in a steel mill. Their mother worked at a department store. Although his father was very strict, the harshness would’ve made him better, and probably opened the door to his singing career by himself (Britannica). So, as Michael grew up, he started singing by himself.

Michael decided to pursue a pop singing career by himself and soon became famous. His voice began to change, and, as family tension arose, he set out by himself. He participated in multiple plays including The Wiz, a Wizard of Oz remake and received a Grammy for one of the songs; Then, he made the solo effort for Epic called Off the Wall which had hit singles like “Don’t Stop ’til You Get Enough,” and “Rock with You.” Both of these songs showed Michael’s energetic style and disco moves, and won two Grammys for the album (Britannica). Michael had made several other hits and became even more popular, but then he experienced some trouble. After some major accomplishments, he ran into some legal trouble and had to go through many legal cases; Afterwards, he experienced a lot of financial problems, but that was the least of his worries. After selling lots of his belongings in an attempt to make money, he suddenly died of a cardiac arrest. After some time, police concluded that his death was not an accident. They found his personal physician guilty of involuntary manslaughter. He had created a lethal combination of sedatives and propofol (Britannica). After he had died, he was still remembered for years to come.
