It’s perfectly natural for some people to harbor such concerns because the astonishingly rapid advance of technology, their parents’ overprotective attitudes, newly emerging social norms, a changing world order, and the addictive pull of all of this are pushing Generation Z toward laziness.

Yalın Çete, Ilkan Seçkin, Ece Uçar
-Gen z are not unmotivated because they want to, they have been conditioned to he that way since birth with watchibg their parents lose their jobs and the world economy slowly fall with inflation etc. made gen z very hopeless about their future ergo making them unmotivated workers.

-Gen z have been called sensitive by many generations before them and this is not their own fault, as it is because their parents (which are gen x) smothering and spoiling them, shielding them from any and all confrontations from the outside world and thus creating mebtally unstable individuals.

-Gen z are also not as hardworking as previous generations and they don’t feel the need to work more than they have to because they have seen from their previous experiences that they won’t get promoted no matter what and they have lost their motivation to work as a result.

-Gen z although they have been called lazy, are actually just working smarter, not harder with the use of AI technologies which make their work run much more smoothly and frees up time for more social time to spend with friends.

-Gen z are also not as sensitive as many claim, they are just more confident and they respect themselves too much to let anyone disrespect or tear them down, making it seem like they are too sensitive to critisicm as a result.
