The children's menu ranges from ages 12 months to 12 years and nut friendly which means they don't have but traces in. Flight attendants on Virgin Atlantic flight ensure that people with disabilities are boarded first so that they can get comfortable and are not in the rush of all the other passengers trying to find their seats. 
Range of products/services:
Special needs people are offered more space if they are in wheelchairs or if it is just generally needed. They also offer disabled customers to visit the airplane a few weeks before their flight so that they are more comfortable with how accessible it is and to see whether or not the would cope flying. 
Location: 
On flight the location of the extra space and disabled seating is normally at the front, middle and back of the air craft. They are also able to ask for help at any time as flight attendants are normally always available.
