         <description><![CDATA[<div>I can identify with the idea of finding a smaller group to lead.  When I was in HS, I chose to be the leader of a group that really interested me and where I felt the most comfortable.  That helped to bring me out of my comfort zone and I could then transfer those skills to other groups and situations. </div>]]></description>
