Britain's reason for annexing Burma was their want for Burma's natural resources. These natural resources would enrich their economy. While Imperializing Canada, The British also felt that whites, rather than non-whites were capable of governing themselves. This lead the British to pass a law known as; The Constitutional act of 1791, which created two separate provinces.

Over the next several decades France began to seize control of surrounding territories. This included all of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. The holdings were collectively known as Indochina. France dominates and asserts their power onto many countries throughout many years to come.

Those other two countries were Germany and Great Britain. The German's colonized present day Cameroon, Tanzania, Uganda, and Namibia. They also colonized sections of Papua New Guinea, Nauru, and The Solomon Islands.
