Body language, eye contact, handling emotions, concept of time, and touching is the five elements that stood out to me. I selected the five because those pertain to me and my life. I'm all about connecting with people. Whether it's touching or eye contact, I'm always trying to get involved with another person and I don't believe in not working a problem out because things can be fixed. Body language can express how another human feels without them touching you as well. For the deep end, I chose: concept of self, attitudes towards dependents, and problem solving role to relation. The reason I chose all the three is because I'm a people person, but I'm also a self concept person. I believe that we all have to have a concept of self and care for your own soul, but at the same time we can be have perceptions of others that we care about. "Low-quality instruction can be assessed with low-quality tests, including homegrown quizzes and standardized exams designed to measure (with faux objectivity) the number of facts and skills crammed into short-term memory. The effects of high-quality instruction are trickier, but not impossible, to assess." Kohn 2003, PDF; Au, 2014, p. 83; Miner 2014, p. 9; Gay, 2001, PDF; Bigelow 2014, p. 127; Negri-Pool 2014, p. 247; Unity Works Quiz; Hilliard, 2014, The reason why I chose those quotes is because we were asked to discuss our shallow topics and in depth topics. It related to our task for this session because we had to select the shallow and the deep discussions.

Indianapolis Metro School and Evansville Vanderburgh is the two districts that I will be giving feedback to. The district of Indianapolis reported that there was no gifted and talented students reported in their data. Second, in Indianapolis, there were no students reported in the algebra 1 class. Last, Indianapolis distract reported that fifteen students were reported to law enforcement. In Evansville Vanderburgh distracts, in the gifted and talented program, there are 1, 921 students enrolled. Second, in Evansville there is a total of 676 students enrolled in Algebra 1. Last, there has been no students that had to be referred to law enforcements. Compared to Indianapolis and Evansville, there is a shift in the students, As you can see there was no students enrolled in the gifted and talented program in Indianapolis and Evansville had over 1,000 students. In Evansville, no students were referred to law enforcement while Indianapolis had a total of fifteen. My theory on the two districts is Evansville is exceeding in school, while Indianapolis is hurting in the school programs. My connections with the two districts are between the gifted and talented program and the law enforcement program, which draws my conclusion that Indianapolis school is descending academically in school.
