Agenda setting, preparing for meetings in advance, the right length of meeting and actions- all of this is working well.

Meeting timings- try to keep them balanced as possible.

We will review the core team meeting.

Wellbeing is important to our team. We do care and want to put in wellbeing breaks.

Put breaks into diary so others can see you are not available.

We can use various IT techniques to signal to one another when we are not available.

Adopted getting in touch via teams if urgent.

Still consider who is on holiday when contacting others, don't copy everyone in when unnecessary.

To flag urgent activity with Helen message her on teams.

Could we change creativity to creative approaches? Being around good people- recognising people for who they are, allowing all to be welcome. Effecting change- should it be term affecting change? All the others we agreed on. Empathy links to the EORR. Would we want to add to collaboration ?
