         <title>Spicy-Sweet Potato</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Preheat oven to 450<br>Step one: Peel and cut sweet potatoes into about 1/2 inch pieces and place into a bowl. <br>Step two: Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil along with salt, chili pepper, cayenne pepper and light brown sugar.<br>Step three: Spread potatoes onto large baking sheet evenly.<br>Step four: Bake for about 15 minutes, stir, bake another 15-20 minutes (depending on your preferences).<br>Step five: Let cool slightly &amp; enjoy it. If it's not sweet enough sometimes I sprinkle a little extra brown sugar on top before eating. </div>]]></description>
