<title>Case StudyHospital Overview :-Recognized worldwide for the standard of excellence and relevance in health, Hospital Sírio-Libanês occupies a consolidated position as a Brazilian care entity built over the past 100 years. Through its service units, and social responsibility, teaching and research efforts, it helps an increasing number of Brazilians to have a better and healthier life. Project Background :-Hospital Sírio-Libanês wanted to find a way to respond more efficiently to the individualized needs of customers and operational needs.Challenges :-1.	They followed a Waterfall Process which resulted in lack of Vison.2.	This resulted in poor prioritization and misalignment.3.	They measured the project results manually in a spreadsheet leading to inconsistency or errors on more complex cases.4.	Last but not the least, they also had clashes of working models.Use of Scrum And Safe to Overcome these challenges1.They automated the entire system leading to improvements in the databases for registering medicines and medcak materials.2. They had 40 develoeprs divided into 5 scrum teams from all areas like finance, clinical governance, health. HR and software development.3. They worked in 2 week Sprints and incorporated 3 month PI planning sessions from SaFe (Planning Sprints)4. The product owner assigned had deep knowledge about the product and the Business.5. He made the brigde between the business and scrum team and engaged all the stakeholders.6. This helped in getting a clear picture of Business needs and had a clear vision.7.The Scrum events ensured communication and Collaboration.8.After few months they were hit by Covid , because they implemented Scrum it helped them a great deal in timely delivery . Solutions were bulit in 4days which helped them to quickly respond to the needs created by the needs.</title>
