         <description><![CDATA[<div>Since we live in Hong Kong, I thought I should do Healthy Eating in Hong Kong. I found out that right now, there are 6 food pyramids for different age levels. These are only for healthy people. If the person has a type of sickness, then their food pyramids are different.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>CALORIES : </strong>Calories are like fuel to our bodies, but some people consider them 'baddies' because some say they are what makes us fat.<br><strong>CARBOHYDRATES :</strong> Part of the nutrients group.<br><strong>FAT :</strong> Part of the nutrients group.<br><strong>FIBER : </strong>Fiber is kind of like threads of mineral substances.<br><strong>GRAINS : </strong>Grains include wheat, rice, bread, cereals, etc.  <br><strong>MINERALS : </strong>Minerals are important to health, but we don't need too much of them.<br><strong>NUTRITION : </strong>Nutrition is contained inside every type of food. Nutrition can <del>also</del> give our bodies energy, plus, it keeps us healthy. Nutrition <del>has</del> includes carbohydrates, proteins, and finally, fats. Nutrition not only contains those 3 'elements', but they also include vitamins and minerals.<br><strong>PROTEINS : </strong>Part of the nutrients group.<br><strong>VITAMIN : </strong>Vitamin is some organic things for growing and healthy bodies.</div>]]></description>

I kind of have a question too. Since you have put it there but many other of your food pyramids say that people should eat more grains. I have heard that grains would create a lot of sugar after you eat it. Other than that well done!</div>]]></description>
