Our group AFFEW was founded in 1990...all volunteer but working toward succession for me, hiring an ED and building a nature center!

We are looking for advice on building components and useful features of a center.......Wondered if there is tech support with ANCA....How best to connect with higher ed and other public institutions...for possible programming?

I’m manager of the Earth Discovery Center in Indianapolis, have been a park naturalist for many years but management/administering is something I’ve been winging the last several years, and with turnover of a lot of my experienced staff the last few years have been a struggle, lots of potential that I feel we’re missing out on. Current projects are exhibit upgrades and improvements to the care of our educational ambassadors.
