Even though I ended up spending more time reviewing GPT's version I know it could do much better had I provided it with more precise instructions concerning the style I was looking for. </p><p>For this purpose resources like <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://arvin.chat/blog/chatgpt-prompts-for-translation/">this article</a> are very useful. Prompts like 'Please translate the following content into [target language], and it is required to be close to the local expression habits', 'translate this email/message in [language].&nbsp;Use a [type of tones] tone' or 'translate [text-to-be-translated] to [target language] for [industry-specific/ intellectual-specific] audience'.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Keyboard shortcuts</p><p>When I’m translating in Word file, or doing a web search outside the CAT tool I usually have many windows and tabs opened and switching them by a mouse or a touchpad is ineffective (and not the best for ergonomic work). After consulting articles like this I stared using these new shortcuts:</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Windows key + D – hides all windows and opens desktop</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Windows key + E – access file explorer</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Windows key + space – changing keyboard languages (especially important with French)</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Alt + Tab – switching between open apps</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Windows key + any arrow – arranging visible windows in split screen mode</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Windows key + search – opens a window to search the internet and local files</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Windows key+ Ctrl+ left/right arrow – switching between virtual desktops</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Windows key + V – more advanced paste – opens the whole clipboard</p>]]></description>
