First, there must be wrongful conduct which was illustrated when the man forcefully took the chair from the unsuspecting woman. Then there must be harm done to the other party. In this case, the harm would be the physical injury of the woman due to falling on the ground. Lastly, there must also be a cause and due to the limited information, it could be seen that the man chose to intentionally pull the chair to cause harm out of his own self-interest.
