These free, live, online classes were developed by SEL LMNS for the women of South East London and are delivered by Somali-speaking midwives, maternity support workers and obstetricians

When: Friday 17^th April 10-11 am. We will run every week (not including May half term) until 10^th July.

What to expect: A gentle yet physically active class in which you will focus on breathing, balance and meditation.

What to expect: A fun drama class, focusing on improvisation, characterisation, and learning skills such as confidence, problem-solving and team-work through exciting games.

What to expect: A class for vulnerable women to feel safe in which they will be provided the necessary skills to cook together, eat together, and to take away the delicious recipes. We offer recipe cards and free toiletries, and a fun space to socialise.
