Then one day the young damsel was taken by the villain. But the hero saved the day by saving his damsel from the villain and fighting him to his death. The use of melodrama in this movie is that all our expresions in the movie were very dramatic. For example, when the damsel was scared you could immediatly see it. Because she opened her mouth and acted like she was screaming and threw her hands in the air. We also put in very dramatic music for every scene. And every character had a special melody. When the villain was in the scene, the music would be very sneaky and scary like something was about to happen. Because we all had an idea, we had a lot of idea's. but most of them were ridiculous, so we sticked to the basic melodrama act. The villain kidnapping the damsel. We did change it up a little with the Hero always leavign and the villain flirting witht he damsel and the damsel actually liking it at the start. I also found it easy to film and act. Because sometimes it went really well and we all knew what to do. But sometimes someone would mess up and the other wouldn't, and the next time we shoot the scene again the other person does something wrong. So getting it right immediatly was quite challening because it never happened. The other challening thing was actually getting the clips from my camera to my phone so we could edit it. Because for some reason the camera wouldn't want to connect to my phone or anything else really. It's simple, entertaining and easy to understand. And that is really all you need to make a melodramatic silent movie. When I showed some other poeple the video they thought it was goood and funny, they liked it a lot.
