Connectivity is something we've all been waiting for, and people in the Blockchain community have also been," Orr said.</div><div>&nbsp;<mark>Carr&nbsp;</mark></div><div>According to Carr, the upgrade is expected to boost broadband investment for remote America through two methods.</div><div><br></div><div>The first step is that the new order simplifies the process of upgrading existing towers to 5G.</div><div><br></div><div>The second reason is that by making it easier and more affordable to roll 5G networks in large cities, The order will allow more wireless providers to establish in smaller cities. For cities with large populations, like San Jose and San Francisco, they must pay an amount to sit in a room and discuss with officials in the local area about the possibility of 5G expansion.</div><div><br></div><div>According to Carr that the price of discussing 5G upgrades could be as high as $1,000,000. If carriers do not have to pay these charges, carriers will have the capital to invest in smaller communities.</div><div><br></div><div>"Where do those million dollars originate?
