         <description><![CDATA[<p>  就我所知,靜電是透過摩擦,讓物件積聚電荷,使物件帶電。</p><p>  而當帶電的物件接觸到其他物體,形成一個瞬間的電流,稱為放電。</p><p>  所以加汽油時,為什麼不能夠著化纖毛衣的原因,便是由於身體移動時,同時摩擦著毛衣,讓毛衣帶了電,而當接觸加油桿時,瞬間放電,流向油箱,而電流的火花已經足以點燃油箱內的油了,導致燃燒。</p><p>  問題:若靜電會帶來如此多的危險,要如何避免静電。是否能從防止電荷積聚方面思考?</p>]]></description>
