Yes, we do have to submit lesson plans and adhere to certain standards taught. How we achieve teaching those lessons and standards is different for every teacher teaching and every student learning. Each student learns at their own pace. With teachers providing a more inclusive setting in their classrooms, teachers are needing to adapt to the pace at which each of their students are learning.
2. Our students look up to us. They look to us for guidance and they put their trust in us. We are responsible for these children 8 hours a day, 5 days a week for an entire year of their lives. Our influence does not stop there though, we are a part of these children growing up.
3. Each student is unique and special in their own way. Our students need us to pay attention and reach out to them. Each students' needs are different and need to be met. Connecting to our students through their various backgrounds is vital to building that trusting relationship.
4. Labeling students has got to stop. Just because one student is labeled as a misfit because they are constantly in trouble, does not mean we give up on them. Every child deserves the same chance as the next, some just made need an extra nudge in the right direction.
5. It is our jobs as teachers to learn to understand each of our students. This is a vital part of our everyday face to face with them. Providing a fun and interactive classroom, I believe, will keep my students engaged in the lesson and want to learn. Students are not going to want to just here my monotone voice reciting words from a book verbatim. I want to provide my students with everything I can to help them keep focus and want to learn more.
2. I want to be a trusting role model to my students. I want my students to feel like they have someone in their corner at all times, that if they have an issue they do not feel comfortable talking about, that they can approach me without repercussions. 
3. Every student has a unique background and a unique way of learning. I want to provide as much inclusion in my classroom as I can without my students feeling out of place. My students' needs will be met as I will adapt and learn every way to do so.
4. I will never label my students in any ill way. Each student deserves a chance and they will have their chances in my classroom. Even if it may take me longer with one student than another, I will make it my mission to try to help each of my students.
5. I will push myself to be the best teacher that I can be for my students because they deserve no less than the best teacher.
