I have a discussion class for honors and I am just not confident in myself to participate out loud because I feel infer to the other honors students. I also don't want them to judge me if I do answer incorrectly. I get so stressed and have so much anxiety before I even get into the classroom. What I can do is to focus on what I can control. I can't control how others see me. I can also practice self care to try and boost my confidence. As my professor I really appreciate the offers to get participation points through things like padlet and chat because I feel more confident than saying it out loud, so please don't take that option away. </div>]]></description>
