The system is fully up and running in most services and this prevent duplication of documentation as this is sorted on one central portal


Softworks: This is currently on the roll out plan in some services, this system can be quite time consuming for the managers in regards to approving annual leave, however once this system is up and running fully throughout the organisation this maybe more effective
