All quality assurance processes involve documenting expectations for service and users - E.G: ISO9001. Having a public published source, allows this as reference for all stakeholders - with more detailed private version for inducting new staff, or covering roles when staff are not available.
WHO/WHAT/WHERE/WHEN:
In the absence of any other SLA on campus (ISDS, Facilities, academics etc) - defining ourselves manages the expectations of staff/students.
