I want to pursue a career in human recourse more specifically in diversity management
- By finishing my my spring semester
- Finding my other two classes for fall semester 2025
- Confirming my courses for spring semester to make sure that I am done with my requirements for my Bachelors in Sociology
A school goal I have is pursuing a degree in psychology

Career

Where I see myself working is at an inclusive company in the Human Resources department. My best chance of achieving that goal is to work at Zachary Engineering group due to the fact that they make working your way up from the bottom possible. Along with that I have a network inside the company stemming from my mother and her coworkers.

Once I complete my studies here at UHD, my plan is to return to Lone Star College to pursue a psychology degree. The process to start is simpler than I thought thanks to Apply Texas.

The first is the significance of the job application, which demonstrates the necessity of completing the application and the beginning of the procedure for my second degree choice. The second illustration, which shows a person studying on top of the mortarboard, emphasizes the value of studying for both my Bachelor's degree completion and my future psychology degree plan. The third image is for the interview process, which is meant to prepare you for a new chance and employment. The final image climbing up the stairs symbolizes advancing up the professional ladder to become a diversity manager using the skills and information accumulated over the years.

Why this picture is important to my vision is because of the people in this picture, my mom, dad, aunt, sister, and brother in law. I do it for them, these goals would not be possible without them and how much they have done for me.

This picture represents my roots, culture and a part of me that is strong. Being first generation Mexican American second daughter so not having the normal story of the first child paving the way for others. Having a different story to tell but connecting with people who are the same.
