Strelkova street is one of the oldest and longest streets in Zura. In old times people called it. It is named after the Hero of the Soviet Union S.M.Strelkov who died in the Great Patriobic War. It streaches from the river Ita to ''Sereg'' a modern sports area. The new bridge connects two parts of the village. 

In the past people of the two parts of Zura met hear to have fun together. Not far from the bridge there was an old church, few people remember about it now. You can see the memorial to the mother of the Hero and the monument to The Heroes of the Great Patriotic War. 
 Besides, the street is a part of the old highway ''Sibirski trakt''. The birches could tell about the history of the street much more. 

Where does the Motherland begin with? From the street where you live. It is my own street, my home, my native village. How often do we pronounce these simple words: “Our street”? Every day… 

As it was a long time ago in 1987. In honor of the 95^th anniversary of Kedra Mitrey one of the new streets in Igra was named after the writer Kedra Mitrey.

Kedra Mitrey was Soviet writer of Udmurt Republic, who was born in 1892 in Igra. Real name is Dmitry Ivanovich Korepanov.

There are not many houses and buildings on this street, only 39.

  We live in Zura. There are many interesting streets in Zura. We tell about Meliorativnaya street that has  long history.
  Before people who worked in agricultural chemistry lived there.Тhey were engaged in draining swamps, that’s why  it  is called so. It was built in 1979. It is 41 years old.
   Now  this street is nice and modern. It has got 23 old and new houses. Our school and kindergarten are also located near this street. It is a very quiet street in our village.

The founder of Udmurt prose, playwright, publicist, poet, translator, literary critic Kedra Mitrei (Dmitry Ivanovich Korepanov) was born on September 28, 1892 in a peasant family in the village Igra.

Kedra Mitrei belongs to the first generation of national Udmurt enlighteners. Thanks to perseverance and talent, he became the owner of encyclopedic knowledge. He spoke Udmurt, Russian, Komi, German, and English, he became a role model for many generations of writers. The writer was recognized as a discoverer and creator of national artistic values, and after the tragic death he went down in the history of native literature as a classic.

According to the decision of the Executive Committee of the Igrinsky possovet No. 69 of 24.12.1982 one of the streets in Igra was named after the writer.

On the 27^th September in 1992, on the 100th anniversary of the writer, on the place of the parent's house (Sovetskaya street) was installed  a monument in order to immortalize the memory of Kedra Mitrei 

(D. I. Korepanov).

In 1998, by decision of the Igrinsky district Council of deputies, the name of Kedra Mitrei was assigned to the Igrinsky Central district library.

In 2008, the Igrinsky district award was named after Kedra Mitrei and it was founded on the initiative of the Igrinsky branch of the Udmurt Kenesh Organization.

This street is a historical part of the Siberian road. Before the revolution it was called Syubiyl. Then it was called Oktyabrskaya. Next name is Stalinskaya during Stalin reign.

In 1965, the obelisk of Hero of the Soviet Union Strelkov Spiridon Mikhailovich was opened in Zura. From that time on, the street became known as Strelkova. The street is named after the only hero of the Soviet Union in the Igrinsky district.

In these years local composer of our village Pyotr Dmitrievich Korepanov wrote a song about this street:

Именем Стрелкова она названа.

Именем Героя-сына нашего народа,

Сына нашего села.

On this street there is a home of the Hero's mother, a monument to agricultural workers who died during the war.

In October 18, 1986, he went in to the Soviet Army. On January 31, 1988, he was mortally wounded in battle. For his bravery he was aworded the order of Red Star.

Now we invite you to take a short trip along the road leading to Siberia. At the beginning of the 20th century, our famous countryman Dmitry Ivanovich Korepanov, the author of the first novel in the Udmurt language "Heavy yoke", also went to Kazan for knowledge.
The road that led to Kazan Kedra Mitrei was dirt, with huge potholes from cart wheels. When it rained, it became impassable, and the road slid underfoot like porridge, and there was water in huge potholes. In dry weather, when trade caravans were moving along it, mail troikas were racing, or columns of prisoners were barely moving their blood-stained legs, the dust stood like a wall over the highway, it settled on clothes, clogged the mouth and nose, and lay in a thick mask on the face. 
Every year, more than 20,000 passengers passed through the Siberian highway, more than 18,000 prisoners passed through, rattling their shackles, and about 50,000 tons of various cargo were transported. The following fact related to the highway is interesting: in 1845, from St. Petersburg to Beijing, forced people carried a mirror 3.5 m long and 1.5 m wide on their hands along the entire Siberian highway as a gift to the Chinese Emperor from Nicholas I.
The modern paved highway that we are driving along is already a reconstructed road that runs away from the villages and into the distance. Strong bridges are laid across numerous rivers and rivulets, signs and road signs stand along the roadside, and small stops are located near villages.The Siberian highway passed through the village of Bachkeevo, where there was a stage point - the street is named after this path.

Семья переехала в город Алатырь Чувашской АССР, а в 1934 году – в Новосибирск. Здесь Александр окончил семилетку. В 1938 году  был призван  в Красную Армию. В 1941 г. окончил Читинское военное пехотное училище, получил звание младшего лейтенанта. Окончил курсы воздушных десантников.

С 12 февраля 1943 г. А. М. Аксёнов – в действующей армии. Уже осенью этого года он был назначен командиром роты 6-го гвардейского воздушно-десантного стрелкового полка 1-й гвардейской воздушно-десантной стрелковой дивизии, которая сражалась на Степном фронте.

16 октября 1943 г. в боях за деревню Верхне-Каменистое враг бросил в контратаку танки «тигр», рота Аксёнова приняла неравный бой. По приказу своего командира они забрасывали танки гранатами, стреляли по целям и не отходили ни на шаг. Отважный командир Аксёнов, в критический момент боя бросившись с гранатой на вражеский танк, пал смертью храбрых. Похоронен возле села Михайловка Пятихатского района Днепропетровской области (Украина).

Указом Президиума Верховного Совета СССР от 22 февраля 1944 г. за образцовое выполнение боевых заданий командования на фронте в борьбе с немецко-фашистскими захватчиками и проявленные при этом мужество и героизм командиру стрелковой роты 6-го гвардейского воздушно-десантного стрелкового полка  гвардии старшему лейтенанту Александру Михайловичу Аксёнову посмертно присвоено звание Героя Советского Союза
