We all are facilitator who creates and environment in which our students can enrich their learning experience.
Take an simple analogy. A students is like sapling tree which only require an environment consist of enough sunlight, water on time, fertilizers and proper care to grow its fullest.
And we are the facilitator who are trying to provide this environment to enrich his/her learning experiences.
