         <description><![CDATA[<div>Lack of exercise is considered a big problem. This problem spreads among many people. It is a serious problem because the lack of exercise leads to many health problems. There are a number of causes of this problem. The first cause is that people may lack the motif and desire to do exercise. People are not aware of the possible benefits of doing sport. So, they become satisfied with their routine habits and resort to laziness. The second cause is the lack of stadiums, clubs and sporting buildings that facilitate the process of doing sport. Not all locations are equipped with these facilities. Therefore, people don't find the suitable places to do exercise. This problem spreads very mostly in small villages and poor districts. The third cause of this problem is the lack of awareness of the importance of doing sport. Media and responsible authorities are much blamed when not instructing people and increasing their awareness of the role of exercise. So, people may not find the satisfactory support to do sport.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One of the most common problems all over the world is inactivity. It means to have a lifestyle with a lot of sitting and lying down with little or no exercise.<br>People all over the world are leading an inactive life style and suffering from its effects. Inactivity is sitting down during free time using computers. Also sitting while watching TV or playing video games. Even at work, people sit at a desk for many hours almost every day. They travel from place to place while sitting in cars, on buses and on trains.<br>Inactivity affects people’s health negatively. If you don’t do exercises regularly, you risk obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure and strokes. Also you may be raising the risk of getting diabetes, some types of cancer and depression.<br>How can we solve the problem of inactivity? We can start doing some exercises. We can also be active at home by lifting hand weights while watching TV. We can do yoga or pedal an exercise bike. Moreover, we can go for a walk. We can be active at work by getting up from chairs and moving around. Finally, we can take the stairs instead of the elevator.<br>Inactivity is a major problem which affects the society as it causes many health problems to the individuals. It can place teenagers at risk of poor social, intellectual and mental health problems. Inactivity causes pressure on medical services. So, why not get up and take a step forward in engaging with more of physical.</div>]]></description>

It is a lifestyle which involves a lot of sitting and lying down with little or no exercise.<br>If you think about it, people all over the world often spend their free time using the computer while they are sitting down. They also watch TV or play video games while sitting down. Even at work, most jobs are done sitting at a desk every day. We also go from place to place while sitting in cars, on buses and on trains.<br>An Inactive lifestyle is found to be the cause of many problems health wise. If you do not get regular exercise you are risking some major problems such as obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure and strokes. Also you risk getting diabetes, some types of cancer and depression.<br>We can solve the problem of being inactive taking certain steps. We can start doing exercises slowly, and then add more exercises gradually.&nbsp; We shouldn’t over exercise. It is important to find the types of exercises that are best for us. We can add activity to our everyday life such as at home and at work.<br>At home we can be more active by doing simple steps. First, we can keep moving while watching TV by lifting hand weights, doing yoga or pedaling an exercise bike. Second, we can go for walks.
