In my class, it is important for me to focus on building relationships so we participate in Mindset Monday and Tell Me Something Good Tuesdays. To keep students accountable, I give each collaborative groups different accountability roles. When students feel like they are essential for the group to complete their task, they are more motivated to work with the group.
