         <description><![CDATA[<div>Each student will determine what their food intake should be according to the SuperTracker tool on ChooseMyPlate.gov. After you have acquired your information for your personal diet, create a meal plan (breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner) using your personalized MyPlate, to fulfill the food guidelines you need for each day. <br>Steps: <br>1. Create a profile. The link below will direct you to the SuperTracker site on MyPlate. <br><a href="https://www.supertracker.usda.gov/default.aspx">https://www.supertracker.usda.gov/default.aspx</a><br>- Click on Log In / Create Profile and create profile. <br>- Fill in all the information in "Personalize Your Profile" for a personal Calorie limit and food plan. <br>- Fill in "Register to Save Your Profile" (we will use this later on in the semester)<br>- Click submit when done. <br>2. Activate "My Coach Center"<br>3. Select goals for your "My Top 5 Goals"<br>4. At the top, click on "My Plan"<br>You will see what your daily intake for each food group is. Create your meal plan according to this in a Word Document and attach the document on this page. </div>]]></description>
