1. The main event in chapter 6 were the deaths of Elizabeth Lavenza and Victor's father, Alphonse. This builds up the hatred in Victor's self to the monster.
2. The main event from chapter 7 was that Victor begins his chasing of the monster, thus eventually leading to the event that happened in the beginning of the book, where Victor is found lying on an iceberg. As Victor lies on his bed, he begins to talk to Walton about continuing his mission to kill the creature. When Victor dies, the monster then retrieves Victor's dead body and leaves.
3. Walton's role in this novel is mainly a storyteller who writes the story that Victor tells in letters. He also serves as a sort of trusted friend with Victor, in which Walton also saves Victor.

Victor died on mostly unknown causes and the monster came and expressed his remorse.
Who i Walton?: Walton was the first person introduced in the book and has thus far been the narrator of the story.
