         <description><![CDATA[<div>This cartoon is about the Berlin conference. I think the artists opinion on the Berlin conference is that he does not like it because, the people are splitting a cake that meaning the land and the people at the table look worried or scared that is why I think the artists opinion is what it is. I can see some one thinking this is a good because this shows country’s just trying to protect there country. No I did not find this persuasive because there was not a clear opinion and a clear opinion makes a persuasive picture. The artist should have added more labeling to make the opinion more clear.</div>]]></description>
