This is one of my strengths because as a teacher I must encourage the students to be risk takers! I am aware of every student and their participation. I model and remind the students that there is no place for fear in the classroom and it is a safe place.

This is one of my strengths because validation is key. I praise the students when they are caught being good and reward them with compliments and love. I tell the student they did well and encourage the student to put forth their best effort.

This is one of my strengths because to be an effective teacher I cannot be afraid to do surveys and check-ins about my teaching style. We cannot we read their minds if and sometimes they are afraid to confront their teacher. I learn from them to improve myself.

This is one of my strengths because my financial advisor taught me to always be the most silent in the room when there is someone more successful than you. Be willing to listen and take constructive criticism from anyone with more years of experience.

This is one of my strengths because I read the students IEP's, log behaviors. I make and effort to observe the student to know when to send them to the nurse, counselor, tutor. I demonstrate flexibility to show the student I can adapt to their learning style.
